Each item is painted to order and will take approximately 3 weeks. If you have a deadline please call the studio to confirm we can achieve your time frames.

Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this site and payment will be debited and cleared from your account as indicated. You will be redirected to Paypal for payment where post and packing will be calculated from the cost of your shopping basket and added to your total. All items are sent via 1st class recorded delivery or by courier.

Each item is individually glazed and painted by the artist, and the nature of the hand painted ceramic process means there may be minor colour and design variations on each item. Minor imperfections can be characteristic of the process and add to the unique, hand crafted feel of the product.

Personalised items may not be returned unless broken or faulty. In the case of items arriving broken, Dish must be notified within 5 days and items returned in their original packaging. Dish cannot take responsibility for personalised details being given incorrectly - please ensure you type your details correctly.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

You confirm that the credit, debit or store card that is being used is your own.

To the extent permitted by the law, Dish shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or any products sold from or referred to on this site. Neither you nor us will be liable for any delay or failure to perform our respective obligations under this contract due to any cause beyond our reasonable control including without limitation any act of God, failure, flood, lightning, fire, strike, lock out, trade dispute, traffic accident, traffic congestion, any act or omission of any government or regulatory authority.

Whilst we will make every effort to fulfil all orders, we regret that due to the fluctuations in supply inherent in the products we stock, we may from time to time be unable to supply the said goods. In such cases we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible.

We accept no responsibility for the web sites or other information, practices or products of other parties linked to this web site.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this site from time to time. Prices, goods and availability of goods are subject to change at any time.
